Calangute police arrested one Mr. Kishor S/o Hobhappa Naik, age 36 yrs, R/o Socorro, Porvorim – Goa for insulting the modesty of a lady.
As per PI Jivba Dalvi a complaint was received from one lady residing at Aradi, Candolim informing that while she was at her shop at Candolim on 11/02/2019 at around 17:30 hrs the accused person abused her in bad language, vulgar and filthy words thereby insulting her modesty.
Police immediately registered an offence U/s 504, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and during the investigation accused person was arrested today on 12/02/2019.
Further investigation is in progress.
