Panaji: The Department of Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs has organised a function on January 1 on the occasion of ‘National Consumer Rights Day’ in Sanskruti Bhavan, Multipurpose hall at Directorate of Art and culture, Patto, Panaji-Goa.
The function will be inaugurated at 11:00 am at the hands of Minister for Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Govind Gaude.
