Panaji: Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has congratulated Goa State AIDS Control Society and Directorate of Health Services for achieving number one rank on the NACO scorecard for April-June, 2024.
Rane wrote on his social media “Heartfelt congratulations to GSACS and Directorate of Health Services for achieving the No.1 rank on the NACO scorecard for April–June 2024.”
“This is a proud moment for Goa and underpins our state’s excellence in public health. The ranking reflects outstanding performance in key areas like HIV testing, maternal screening for HIV and syphilis, STI/RTI reporting, HRG coverage, EID testing, and viral load monitoring,” he said.
Rane said that this success has been made possible through the dedicated efforts of ICTCs, ART Centres, STI/RTI Clinics, NGOs, and the exceptional leadership and vision of DHS.
“We applaud and congratulate the entire GSACS and @DHS_Goa team for their relentless hard work and commitment that has brought this remarkable recognition to Goa,” he added.
