Panaji: The Congress Legislative Party (CLP) that met today under its leader Digamber Kamat has raised apprehensions about implementation of amended Central Motor Vehicle Act, in absence of basic infrastructure like proper roads.
Talking to reporters after meeting, Kamat said that CLP has resolved that unless basic infrastructure like sign boards, pothole cleared roads, are made available, the new traffic rule should not be implemented.
“I had also requested Chief Minister Pramod Sawant and Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho on the same,” he stated.
