Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 97 and reached 1,71,705 on Friday, a health department official said.
The death toll reached 3,157 as one of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 167556 with 133 of them getting discharged on Friday. The number of active cases is now 992, the official said.
“With 4685 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 10,83,561,” he added.
