Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 257 and reached 1,67,823 on Tuesday , a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 3,079 as four of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 162787 with 230 of them getting discharged on Tuesday. The number of active cases is now 1957, the official said.
“With 5530 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 9,47,963,” he added.
