Now the bridge pipes has becomes too old and the bridge is in a very bad condition. The bridge will collapse at any moment. The Sukad Vantem villagers demand to the Government that to build the new bridge in their ward immediately.

The Bhirondem village panchayat is failed to build the new bridge in our Sukad ward Vantem village, despite the several reminders to the panchayat body since past few years, said a villager Vighnesh.
We had passed a resolution in our village gram sabha that to build the new bridge in Sukad ward and we had submitted our bridge resolution proposal to the Valpoi PWD road department office. The officials from the Valpoi PWD office had visited the Sukad Vantem village ward and had done the culvert pipe bridge inspection. Now its passed almost the two years. The PWD department have not build the bridge and have not taken any action, till date said the village Panch member, Nitin Shivdekar.
