IRCS-GOA contributes Rs. 1.50 lakhs towards Kolhapur floods

Panaji: The Indian Red Cross Society-Goa has collected Rs.1.50 Lakhs being a contribution from three Rotary Clubs of Panaji namely Rotary Club of Miramar, Rotary Club of Panaji and Rotary Club of Riveira and Members of Goa Petrol Dealers Association who generously contributed towards the Kolhapur Relief fund.

The Demand Draft of the said amount was handed over to Governor of Goa, Smt. Mridula Sinha who is also the President of Indian Red Cross Society Goa (IRCS-Goa), at a simple function at Raj Bhavan Donapaula today.  The Demand Draft will be carried by Chairman of IRCS-Goa, Shri Gaurish Dhond to Kolhapur and hand over the same to the Rotary Movement Kolhapur (RI District 3170).

Also present on the occasion were Vice-Chairman of IRCS-Goa Shri Manguirish Pai Raikar,Member of IRCS-Goa, Shri Rajesh Salgaonkar, Members of Rotary Club of Miramar, Smt. Pratima Dhond, Shri Anshul Singhal, Members of Rotary Club of Panaji, Shri Parag Sardesai, Shri Sanat Pilgaonkar, Members of Rotary Club of Riveira, Shri Yogish Kulkarni, Shri Sairaj Dhond and Officials of  Petrol Dealers Association, Shri Narhar Thakur and Shri Gaurish Dalvi.
