Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 73 and reached 56,173 on Wednesday , a health department official said.
The death toll touched 812 as one of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 54,556 with 59 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 805, the official said.
“With 1,618 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,18,847,” he added.
