Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 48 and reached 55,409 on Sunday, a health department official said.
The death toll remained 799 as none of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 53,922 with 60 of them getting discharged on Sunday. The number of active cases is now 688, the official said.
“With 1,165 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,03,674,” he added.
