Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 82 and reached 55,758 on Friday , a health department official said.
The death toll touched 804 as one of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 54,209 with 40 of them getting discharged on Friday. The number of active cases is now 745, the official said.
“With 1,727 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 5,11,503,” he added.
