Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 53 and reached 53,100 on Wednesday, a health department official said.
The death toll remained at 763 as none of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 51,600 with 90 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 737, the official said.
“With 1,415 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 4,43,903,” he added.
