Panaji: Goa Congress Chief Girish Chodankar took no time to refuse the proposal by Goa Forward Party of non-BJP parties of pre-poll alliance.
“Congress cannot have any alliance with BJP Parivar or NDA partners,” he said referring to the past allegiance of GFP with the saffron party.
