Panaji: Chief Minister Pramod Sawant today said that he will hold weekly review meeting with Ministers and Corporation chairmen to understand the functioning of their departments and corporations.
The decision was taken during BJP legislative wing meeting held today morning. The meeting was chaired by Chief Minister.
“We all will have to work together for development and progress of the State,” Sawant said after the meeting.
Chief Minister said that he will hold weekly review meeting with each Minister as well Corporation chairmen to understand their departments and corporations.
“I will try and meeting at least one Minister every week. This will help me also to understand their departments and streamline it. Necessary instructions to the Chairmen on the functioning of the Corporations will be also issued. This will help in long run,” he stated.
