Calangute: The village panchayat of Calangute has launched waste management helpline to provide all the required assistance and support to the people to keep the coastal panchayat clean.
The panchayat has launched number ‘7796297547’ where people can call or whatsapp for the queries or complaints regards the garbage dump and collection.
“The villagers and business establishments in Calangute can get in touch with us on the number for any waste related queries, complaints, cleanliness drives and other information,” the panchayat said.
It has urged public to send pictures with location of garbage dumps or those dumping waste in public places for action.
“Let’s work together for a clean Calangute,” it said.
