Mormugao: GPCC Vice President Sankalp Amonkar on Wednesday celebrated Ambedkar Jayanti along with candidate Yogita Parsekar in the presence of well known businessman Tushar Bhosle.
Amonkar adressing a large gathering of people said that Dr Ambedkar was a crusader for gender equality and fought for equal rights for women
Amonkar also said that
Dr Ambedkar had a vision for women empowerment and was also the architect of Indian Constitution.
Amonkar appealed the people to follow the footsteps of Dr Ambedkar to bring about a change in the society while paying rich floral tributes to Dr Ambedkar
