Panaji: Another Industrial worker who was brought in the state under the licence of Goa State Industries Association (GSAI) has tested positive for COVID-19 infection, taking the tally to 37.
The worker was quarantined at Sea View Hotel, Queeny Nagar at Nagoa, Verna in South Goa along with others.
State Health Minister Vishwajit Rane said that the worker was tested positive during the test, and has been shifted to COVID hospital in Margao town of South Goa.
This is forth worker to be found infected with the virus, with two others traced on Sunday and one on Saturday.
As a part of the process to resume industries in the state, Goa State Industries Association have brought workers, who are kept in different quarantine facilities, a senior official from health department said.
