Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 3,869 and reached 1,08,267 on Thursday, a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 1,501 as 58 (fifty eight ) of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 77,014 with 2023 of them getting discharged on Thursday. The number of active cases is now 29,752, the official said.
“With 7,518 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 6,90,359,” he added.
