Panaji:Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 1,502 and reached 70,814 on Wednesday , a health department official said.
The death toll mounted to 943 as seventeen (17) of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 60,571 with 426 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 9,300, the official said.
“With 4,089 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 6,02,419” he added.
