Margao: Bail Applications of Ayub Sayed, 26 and Anil Kumar, 36 before the Sessions Court, before Hon’ble Judge Vincent Dsilva, in the matter of the attempt to murder case of Cenvi Pires of Navelim have been Dismissed. The arguments on the bail applications of the duo were completed on the 29th June and fixed for orders today. Adv. Seoula Avilia Vas appeared for the victim as an Intervener in the matter and had argued for the rejection of the bail applications.
The Accused will remain in jail till they prefer another Bail Application when the investigation progresses or before the Hon’ble High Court.
