Margao : Late Chandrakant Keni journalist award, which is given to the veteran Journalist, who has contributed for upliftment of state of Goa , will be conferred upon noted journalist and writer Adv. Udai Bhembre, who worked along with Keni to secure independent Identity of Goa in the Opinion Poll Agitation.
This award giving ceremony will be held on 26 th of November, at a function to be held at Margao Municipal hall at 5 pm. , to mark 88 th birth anniversary of Late Keni, who was a great writer and journalist and always fought for the cause of Goa throughout his life.
This award will be given at the hands of renowned Industrialist and the Chairman of Fomento group of industries, Avadhut Timblo, who will geace the function as the chief guest.
