Panaji: In what could led to chaotic situation, the State government has ordered closer of Mandovi bridge in phase manner from October 27-30.
It is important to note that the exams are currently underway in all the schools and colleges.
As per the press statement issued by the government, the one lane of the new Mandovi bridge will remain close for all types of vehicular traffic on October 27 and 28 from 6.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m and again from 11.00 p.m to 6.00 a.m.
On October 28, both-the New and old Mandovi Bridges will remain close for all types of vehicular traffic from 6.30 a.m to 7.30 a.m and from 7.30 a.m to 8.30 a.m. (both lanes) respectively.
One lane of the Old Mandovi bridge will remain close on October 29 and 30, from 6.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m and 11.00 p.m to 6.00 a.m.
