Health minister inaugurates Covid store at Dabolim airport

Panaji: With the flight services gradually resuming to normal and the daily count of passengers increasing, safety is a major concern. In a move to gear up the safety measures for passengers travelling via flights amid the pandemic, Health Minister Vishwajit Rane on Sunday inaugurated a Covid store at the Dabolim International Airport sell PPE kits, hand sanitizers, gloves and masks to passengers at a nominal rate.

Sharing the same on Twitter, Airport Authority of India (AAI) stated, “COVID-19 risk-free essentials are now available at Goa! Shri Vishwajit Rane, Health Minister, Goa inaugurated a healthcare outlet at Goa Airport which would provide medical & PPE kits including N-95 masks, gloves, sanitizers & more at nominal rates. #AAICares.”

This comes a day after the Covid hospital was inaugurated by the Health Minister in South Goa.
