Panaji: The GSIA office bearers called on the new GIDC Chairman Mr.Aleixo Reginaldo Lourenco and congratulated and welcomed him as a Chairman of GIDC.
GSIA appraised him about condition of infrastructure in various industrial estates and requested him to support Industries in improving the same and also to streamline online services of GIDC to industries including construction license & occupancy, transfers,subleases to make it more user friendly and timely.
The Chairman was very receptive to our views and assured to revamp the functioning of Goa-IDC. We understand that he had meeting with the officials of Goa-IDC today and also directed them to facilitate development of industries in Goa, reads the press note.
