Dubai: In one of the important human gesture, UAE-based Goans Connecting Goans along with PCT humanity group organised Blood Donation drive for the cause “Save a Life” in Dubai today.
It may be recalled that last year December 2018, the Goans Connecting Goans came together and launched the platform which was inaugurated by Goa Forward Party Chief and TCP MinisterVijai Sardeasi in Dubai for the social cause and bringing all Goans worldwide together and stand up for Goa and Goans.
“This event to save a life was to reflect that Goans are not only good host and humans but also understand the need to reach out to humanity in all possible ways a human being could,” said Joseph Dias, GCG member
“There are many such initiatives that are making head way over the year 2019 and many Goans and Goa will see its benefits and support structure for all NRI Goans becoming the essence of support and Goa being the tiniest state will be the power house for its Goans and Goa,” he said.
The entire event was covered by Dubai Health Authorities and Dubai Police.
