Panaji: Former Panaji MLA and BJP leader Siddharth Kukolienkar has questioned whether the fire to waste treatment facility in the city was “deliberately lit.”
The former MLA has suspected that the entire fire incident was to change the security contract of the facility from government to a private service.
Kunkolienkar tweeted “was fire in CCP waste processing plant behind Hira Petrol pump deliberately lit to change contract of security from government security to a private agency?.”
