Panaji: Goa’s coronavirus caseload went up by 55 and reached 52,712 on Wednesday, a health department official said.
The death toll remained at 757 as one of the patients succumbed to the infection during the day, he said.
The number of recovered patients in the state rose to 51,090 with 54 of them getting discharged on Wednesday. The number of active cases is now 865, the official said.
“With 1,748 new tests, the total number of tests conducted in the state has gone up to 4,34,825,” he added.
