Panaji: Alleging that drugs and sunburn go hand in hand, NCP MLA Churchill Alemao today demanded complete ban on Sunburn EDM.
“Events like Sunburn should be banned completely. Sunburn and drugs go hand in hand. Without drugs there is no Sunburn and if there is no drugs available, no one will even attend events like Sunburn,” he told reporters.
“Why do you want Sunburn in Goa? Is it for the sake of money? Are we encouraging drug culture?” MLA questioned.
Alemao charged that police are in nexus with drug peddlers.
