Panaji : MLA of Porvorim Rohan Khaunte under his initiative of Porvorim Rising commenced VacciAssist drive which aims to register everyone from 31 wards of Porvorim for Covid 19 Vaccination, between the age group of 18-44.
The drive began on 1st june and within a span of just two days they could register 2,185 people.
Even though it was a working day, the VacciAssit centre at Penha De Franca received 150 people since morning.
“VacciAssist will help the illiterate as well as those who don’t have access to internet connection and cannot register online fo the Covid 19 vaccine, We are going ward to ward for registration” said Rohan Khaunte.
