Panaji: Goa Unit of BJP has demanded Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s apology to the Defence forces and people of India for their misleading campaign against Rafale jet deal.
Supreme Court dismissed the petitions seeking investigation into Rafale jet deal corruption and gave clean chit Narendra Modi led NDA government.
Addressing press conference post verdict, Goa BJP spokesperson Subhash Faldesai said that Congress president Rahul Gandhi needs to apology to the defence forces for demoralizing them and so also the people of India for false campaign.
Faldesai said that the entire campaign was launched just ahead of assembly elections in five states and that could be one of the reason for party’s defeat there.
