Panaji: The journey of Goa News Hub is not new to most of you. We began at a time when digital media was either looked down upon or still in its nascent stage, while TV news channels and newspapers dominated the scene.
It was during this period that we launched what I would call an experiment—because, honestly, we didn’t know whether it would succeed or fail.
But the first possibility happened: it worked!
Thanks to the unwavering support of our Goenkars, this experiment turned into a success. Seven years down the line, I can say that Goa News Hub has managed to make a mark.
In an era where you’re often labelled as Godi Media, we chose to stand by the truth. We have always believed in giving correct, unbiased news.
We’ve never been concerned about whether the truth benefits someone or hurts someone else. What matters to us is that the news we deliver remains factual and fair.
Our reporters are on the ground, without any kind of affiliation—except to true journalism and the welfare of Goa.
In doing so, we’ve unsettled several establishments. At times, we’ve caused discomfort for people in power.
But ultimately, what matters is staying neutral—providing a Neutral View.
I’m not claiming we’ve never goofed up—we have, and we’re honest enough to admit our mistakes.
As we complete seven years and continue this journey, we thank all of you for being with us, guiding us through your comments and your calls.
