Panaji: The speculations about minister Govind Gaude to be dropped by Dr Pramod Sawant cabinet are laid to rest, at least till now, with BJP Goa President Damu Naik meeting the beleaguered minister.
Naik who returned from Delhi last evening told reporters on Monday that he has already met Govind Gaude.
“I wanted to know his side of the story. I have heard him. We will send report to Delhi,” he said.
When asked about cabinet reshuffle, Naik said “it is the prerogative of the chief minister.”
