Panaji: After his much discussed meeting with MGP leader Sudin Dhavalikar, Siolim MLA Vinod Palyekar met Congress leader Digambar Kamat on Monday in a hotel, where the latter had hosted a party for Indian Youth Congress leaders.
Sources stated that Palyekar met Kamat in presence of GPCC Chief Girish Chodankar at Porvorim hotel. The meeting lasted for few minutes, eye witnesses stated.
The questions are now raised whether Palyekar is facing heat after Michael Lobo has entered in his constituency projecting his wife as the next candidate or he is searching for alternate political opportunities for the next election.
