Panaji: State Agriculture Minister Vijai Sardesai today received the Best Agirculture Minister award at Thiruvananthapuram.
Sardesai received the award at the hands of MP Shashi Tharoor and Padma Vibhushan Ex ISRO Chief Dr G Mahdavan Nair.
In his tweet, Sardesai announced about the recognition.
He has commended Kerala’s step to make jackfruit a State fruit and holding of festival to popularize its potential.
