Panaji: Union Minister of State for Tourism Shripad Naik on Thursday hailed Goa government for their efforts to clean the mess in the tourism sector.
Talking to reporters in Panaji, Naik said that the state Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte is doing commendable job in cleaning up the mess in the tourism sector.
“Drugs are the main reason behind all crimes in Goa. I support Goa government and Tourism Minister Rohan Khaunte in taking action on illegal activities in the tourism sector,” he said.
Naik said that the state government has been drafting various policies and taking steps to ensure that the illegalities are weeded out.
