Panaji: As opposition, environmentalist slams Central government over its move to grant EC to Karnataka’s Kalasa banduri project, Union Minister for MOEF&CC Prakash Javdekar deleted the tweet about the same.
Javdekar had tweeted that “On the follow up o my cabinet colleague @JoshiPralhad (Union Mines Minister), Kalasa Banduri drinking water project in Karnataka has been granted environmental approval,”.
The decision was slammed by Goa Forward Party (GFP) President Vijai Sardesai who called the move to ‘Kill Mahadayi River’.
While congress called as conspiracy by BJP ahead of elections.
