Panaji: St Andre MLA Francis Silveira is in the dock due to completely tinted car. Goa-based channel ‘Goan Varta Live’ News Channel has exposed how state government is adopting double standard when it comes to tinted vehicles.

The channel has carried pictures of personal vehicle owned by Silveira which has been tinted to the maximum. Even the front portion of his car is tinted for the reasons best known to him.

Silveira’s car is in the news as Transport Minister Mauvin Godinho warning action against the tinted vehicles. The question is now being asked as to how come Silveira’s vehicle which violates the rule has never been fined by Agassaim, Panajim or Porvorim police in those jurisdiction  it has been frequenting.
