St Andre: Neura panchayat in clear violation of panchayat raj act has not taken action against an illegal construction in survey number 250/3 for which a complaint was filed with details.
Panchayat in turn questioning the complaint to provide details, it is learnt. Meanwhile, the illegal construction at the same place continues.
St Andre MLA Viresh Borkar is from Neura village. The questions are being asked on his silence over the project. Local social worker Ramrao Wagh questioned by local MLA is not acting against the illegalities.
Wagh has demanded immediate action by BDO otherwise a complaint to vigilance department and Lokpal will be sent.
