Panaji: After giving tough fight to Independent candidate Edwin Cipru Cardoso, Congress candidate for Navelim ZP election, Pratima Coutinho blamed local MLA Luizinho Faleiro for her defeat.
Coutinho said that she was aspiring for MP or MLA ticket but took the offer to contest in Navelim due to the request from party high command.
She accused Faleiro for not campaigning for her and said that even on the voting day, he was missing.
Coutinho said that she will claim for MLA ticket from Navelim.
