Panaji: Goa Pradesh Congress Committee President Girish Chodankar said that the Congress party takes collective responsibility of defeat of Navelim ZP candidate.
Chodankar tweeted “Congress party takes collective responsibility of defeat of Navelim ZP candidate @adv_coutinho by a narrow margin. Divisive politics of @BJP4Goa and others worked for now. Our @GoaPMC president fought elections upholding congress party interest and it will not affect her political future.”
