Navelim: Navelim ZP candidate and Congress leader Pratima Coutinho on March 16 organised an Election Campaign meeting at Dramapur in Velim Assembly constituency.
The meeting was attended and addressed by Leader of Opposition and Margao MLA Digambar Kamat,Navelim Congress MLA Luizinho Faleiro,Curtorim Congress MLA Alex Reginald Lourenco ,Dr Sima Fernandes All India Mahila Congress Gen Secretary and Goa Mahila Congress desk incharge , VP of GPCC Altinho Gomes, Smt Beena Shantaram Naik ,VP of Goa Mahila Congress, South District President Joe Dias , VP of South Dist Zacarias Goes, Secretary Franky Pires, Velim Sarpanch Savio D’Silva,ZP of Velim Constituency Mr Julio Feenandes and other local Congress leaders
The meeting was largely attended by several prominent people from the area.
Till Congress is in Goa, BJP will be in Goa. To remove BJP from Goa then Goans must first need to remove Congress from Goa. Congress Voters voted Congress and gave 17 MLAs to Goa. Today there are only 3 Congress MLAs left with the Congress Voters in Goa. Others all went in BJP.
