Panaji: The Progressive Front of Goa (PFG) expressed their dissatisfaction over President Ramnath Kovind’s not receiving any positive response from him. PFG had earlier requested the President for a privilege to call on him to brief him and seek his intervention on the critical issues which have tarnished the image and dignity of the state of Goa. “We were hopeful that we would be given an opportunity to meet, but unfortunately our persistent attempt went in vain as we could not receive any positive response on the same till date. Nevertheless, we respect the decision and take it in good spirit.Though we may be disappointed, our spirits are high and such unfortunate situations make us more and more stronger to serve the people of our state with the same zeal and commitment and  we assure our fellow goenkars that we would continue to raise these issues till the last drop of our blood,” said Mahesh Mahambre, Convenor of PFG.

“Wish goenkars a very happy liberation day and also extended their wishes to President, Ram nath Kovind,  very pleasant and a comfortable stay,” PFG extended greetings.
