One more arrest in Anjuna Flesh trade racket.

In connection with flesh trade racket busted by Anjuna Police, one more arrest has been effected.

As per SDPO Mapusa Jivba Dalvi during further investigation involvement of another foreigner was revealed.

Accordingly Anjuna Police Team was deputed to Bengalore Karnataka under leadership of PSI Sahil Warang and staff of anjuna ps to trace the accused Mr. Olokpa, Nigerian national who is absconding in Crime No 129/2023. U/s 370, 370 (A), 370(3) r/w 34 IPC & Sec 4, 5 & 8 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act.

While conducting search by the team of Anjuna Police Station along with local Police they managed to locate location of accused on two occasions, however on both the occasions, he managed to escape before Police reaches the spot. On both the occasions one Mr. Charles Aihun, age 32 yrs (DOB 09.07.1991) Occ- Unemployed, Nigerian National r/o Kogilu, Main road, Bangalore, Karnataka was found at the said locations where absconding accused Mr. Olokpa, Nigerian national was staying.

During further investigation after verifying the mobile phone of Mr. Charles Aihun it was revealed that he was harbouring and providing information to accused Mr. Olokpa, Nigerian regarding movement of Goa Police Team in Bengaluru.

Hence Mr. Charles Aihun, age 32 yrs (DOB 09.07.1991) Occ- Unemployed, Nigerian National r/o Kogilu, Main road, Bangalore was traced at Bengaluru Karnataka and he has been placed arrest in Anjuna PS Cr. No. 129/2023U/s 370, 370 (A), 370(3), 212 r/w 34 IPC & Sec 4, 5 & 8 of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act. He has been remanded in 05 days Police Custody remand.

Further investigation is in progress with PI Prashal Dessai under Supervision of SDPO Mapuca jivba Dalvi and SP North Bossuiet D’Silva .
