Panaji : A web application for e-filing of Consumer Complaints named ‘e-daakhil.nic.in’ has been developed by NIC and will be
launched on August 19.
The e-daakhil portal empowers the consumer and their advocates to file Consumer Complaints along with requisite fees
online from anywhere for the redressal of their complaints.
The portal facilitates the Consumer Commissions to scrutinize the complaints
online to accept, reject or forward the complaint to the concerned Commission for further processing.
The digital software for filing Consumer Complaints has many features like case document downloads link, filing written response by opposite party filing rejoinder by Complainant and alert via sms/email, the Department of Information and Publicity informed via a press release.
