The 61st Founder’s Day of Konkani Bhasha Mandal will be celebrated on September 30 at 4.30 pm at Gomant Vidya Niketan, Madgaon. The ceremony will include the presentation of the Mandal’s annual awards. Senior writer and Konkani veteran Shri. Ashok Kamat will be the chief guest. Senior writer Smt. Nayana Adarkar, senior Konkani activist Shri. Rajendra Naik, Director, Directorate of Official Language; Shri Raju Gawas and Dalgado Konkani Academy President Shri. Celso Fernandes will be the guest of honor.
