Verna: Nuvem MLA Wilfred D’Sa on Monday said that he did not support the resolutions against the linear project as he was bounded by a whip of the party on the floor of the House.
D’Sa was questioned on Monday by the locals for not supporting the private member resolution against the linear project.
The MLA said that he could not support the resolution as it would have violated the whip which is signed by him. He said that he abstained from the voting because he did not wanted to oppose the resolution.
