Margao: Goa Forward Party chief Vijai Sardesai has reacted to the recent transfers claiming that the honest Goan officers are shunted out as they are not pliable.
Sardesai was referring to transfer of IAS officer Michael D’Souza from Director of Vigilance to Director (Training) GIPARD.
Sardesai tweeted “TOO VIGILANT FOR @goacm’s LIKING? Is the abrupt transfer of #vigilance Director Michael D’Souza done because he is too watchful and alert to the Govt’s dubious activities? Honest #Goan officers are shunted out in favour of pliable ones who’re just servants not public servants.”
