Panaji : Health Minister Shri Vishwajeet Rane attended the Abhikhya programme organized by Goa Medical College & Hospital at GMC yesterday.
Prizes were distributed at the hands of Chief Guest for the batch of 2020-21 & a HoDs of GMC were felicitated as COVID warriors for their commendable service to the state of Goa during the Pandemic.
Also present on the occasion were Vice Chancellor of Goa University Prof. Varun Sahni as the Guest of Honor, Dean Dr. Shivanand Bandekar, Council Advisor Dr. Savio Rodrigues and other dignitaries.
Addressing the gathering Health Minister Vishwajeet Rane applauded the dedicated work done by the health workers during the pandemic period and complemented team Goa Medical College and Directorate of Health Services for their continuous efforts as regards medication
.
The Health Minister said, with a positive approach the health sector is moving forward in the right direction. And Goa is known for the best health care facilities at national level.
