Fatorda: State Art and Culture Department on Tuesday issued the order dissolving General Council of Ravindra Bhavan, Fatorda with immediate effect.
State government has appointed Director of Art and Culture as the Administrator on the body.
With the order, Goa Forward Party leader Prashant Naik ceases to be the Chairman and Sai Palondicar as Vice Chairman of this body.
The order comes at the backdrop of heightened tension between GFP President Vijai Sardesai and Chief Minister Pramod Sawant.
