GFP rules out split within

Panaji: Amidst rumours about possible split in Goa Forward Party (GFP) MLAs, Minister Jayesh Salgaonkar has ruled out the same.
Salgaonkar said that all the three MLAs- Vijai Sardesai and Vinod Palienkar, are united and will not leave the party.
“We are United and there is no question of split. All the rumours are just rumours and there is nothing truth in it,” he said.
Hours after 10 Congress MLAs merged it 2/3 of party’s legislative wing with BJP, the news started making round that two of the GFP MLAs will also split tomorrow.
